We have witnessed some historic events in Openreach recently, including a fantastic two million LLU line achievement plus the first customers migrating onto BT’s 21st Century network.

Each success is tempered by a new challenge though. In the spotlight this month is the issue of Openreach awareness. We’ve made good progress in this area so far, but there is still more to be done to help end users really understand our relationship with their Communications Provider.
