July – issue: 7
Dear Customer

In this issue we focus on the effect that access restrictions, caused by severe flooding, have had on our recent ability to maintain service levels in certain parts of the country.

The good news though is that owing to new flexible resourcing plans, we have been able to work far more efficiently in those areas that we could access. We also continue to make significant improvements to the network – promising a brighter future even if the rain does continue to fall. A photo of Steve Robertson

Best wishes,
