The business case for inclusive design

As part of our ongoing commitment to champion inclusive design, BT hosted a seminar in February 2010 to promote the benefits of inclusive design to business. It was aimed at designers, manufacturers, retailers, service providers and organisations representing business interests. The event was opened by Stephen Timms MP, Minister for Digital Britain. Watch him outline why he thinks inclusive design is so important for businesses.
