BT is the most trusted internet service provider (ISP) in the UK.
In the ninth annual survey carried out by the Reader’s Digest magazine BT gained nearly a quarter of the votes and came out ahead of Virgin Media as top national provider. The survey involved 23,000 people in 16 countries.
BT’s commercial director Jon Hurry says the achievement reflects an expansion in BT’s range of broadband offerings and extensive promotion of leading products such as the BT Home Hub.
He added, “Customer service experience has also been a major focus for BT in the last couple of years. We will be working hard to ensure we maintain our status in the rankings next year.”
