Communication Solutions
The Winter 2008 edition of Communication Solutions is now available and it is packed full of useful information and helpful tips for people who find communication more difficult.
The booklet brings together ideas on how standard BT products and services can be used by people who are older or who have a disability to make communication easier. This issue features BT’s national network of Try Before You Buy centres where people can try out BT products before they buy them to make sure they suit their individual needs. Communication Solutions also takes steps to help demystify the internet for older people who could be missing out on access to better deals, savings or important government information for example. It explains what the internet is, what you can do with it and how to find out more about getting on line.
Communication Solutions is available in a variety of formats to make it accessible to as many people as possible. Copies can be downloaded as an accessible pdf or rtf and can be requested in standard print, large print, Braille and as an audio CD.”
