BT Try Before You Buy Centres spread across Wales

The national network of Try Before You Buy Centres keeps on growing and the latest addition is a centre in Pontypridd run by the Wales Council For Deaf People.

Try Before You Buy centres are locations, set up in the premises of third parties such as disabled living centres or organisations dealing with a particular impairment, where customers can see and handle and try out BT equipment to make sure it suits their needs before they buy it. In this way customers, especially those who are older or disabled don’t have the disappointment of buying the wrong product or the worry of returning it.

Meryl Roberts of Wales Council For Deaf People says, “We are very happy to be working in such an invaluable partnership with BT. Over the years BT has given us invaluable advice and knowledge about their latest equipment. Keeping us up-to-date with new innovations means that we are better able to advise our clients so that they can lead more independent lives. We are more than happy to have a BT Try Before You Buy Centre.
