Including You website recognised for accessibility

BT’s Including You website has achieved a top accessibility seal of approval from industry experts AbilityNet.

AbilityNet Accessibility Accredited Plus AwardThe AbilityNet Accessibility Accredited Plus Award is given to organisations which have committed to best practice in maintaining high levels of accessibility and usability.

The site was put through its paces by people with a diverse range of disabilities, who certified that its digital content and online services could be navigated easily.

AbilityNet’s accreditation is based on achieving WCAG2.0 AA compliance and recognised sites can carry the trust mark for 12 months.
