Community alarms

If you’ve got an emergency, you can get a community alarm to call for help at the press of a button. It’ll call an operator for you, who’ll then be able to help with what to do next. We don’t send out the community alarms. But you can get them from local authorities, housing associations, charities and commercial firms.

But remember, having a community alarm doesn’t mean you’ll automatically get Free Priority Fault Repair. But you can find out more about to get it in our Free Priority Fault Repair Scheme guide.
