When you want to buy a new telephone, it can be difficult to choose the right model and the right features without getting some expert advice and actually seeing and holding the phone for yourself.
BT's Try Before You Buy (TBYB) centres enable you to assess its phones prior to purchase, using and handling telephones and related accessories so you can be certain what is right for you.
Staff at these independent centres have expertise in specific disability areas. They will be happy to advise you on the products and features available, all in a friendly, non sales environment.
BT provides the centres with its latest easy to use phones, designed to meet the various different needs of older and disabled people.
Simply make an appointment to call in to your nearest centre - there are more than 200 all round the country, located within demonstration or resource centres in, Disabled Living Centres or impairment specific organisations.
To find your nearest centre, go to our TBYB directory.
Once you have seen the phones and know exactly what you need, the easiest way to purchase is online at the BT Shop.
If you are an organisation interested in joining the TBYB initiative, go to Becoming a TBYB centre.
