Q. I am a professional working with older or disabled people, what services does BT offer?

A. BT has been proactively working with professionals who support older or disabled people for a number of years and there are a number of options available. You can:

• Join the BT Age & Disability Action mailing list to receive our 'Freedom to Communicate' guide, written especially for professionals working with older or disabled people.

• Build up contact with your local BT Age & Disability Action advisor who will keep you informed about any developments in goods and services relevant to your particular area of work.

• Apply for BT loan equipment for display in resource rooms or independent living centres, to help you and your clients find the most suitable communications product for their needs.
