Questions about BT's services for people who are older or disabled

Q. I find the print on my phone bill too small, can you help?

A. BT provides phone bills and other BT printed information in a range of alternative formats including large print. Another option may be our E-billing service which means you can look at your bill on-line 24 hours a day. Further details can be found in the Our Services section.

Q. I find the phone book difficult to use can you help?

A. Our phone books have been designed to be easier to read. We have written the book in Plain English, used larger fonts and improved the spacing. However, if you still find the phone book difficult to hold, handle or read you can apply for our free directory enquiry service. To request an application form call 195 and ask for the registration team. Their hours of opening are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm.

You can also look up phone numbers BT's online directory enquiry service.
