Ofcom is the regulator for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services. ofcom exists to further the interests of citizen-consumers as the communications industries enter the "digital age".

Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman (Otelo)

Otelo provide help when customers and telecoms companies can't agree over complaints. Otelo will investigate customers' complaints about telecoms services fairly by listening to both sides of the story and look at the facts. The Service is free and independent.

Telecoms Action Group (TAG)

TAG is a consortium of the main UK deaf organisations concerned with telecoms for deaf people. They aim to ensure that deaf people have access to telephone services and facilities at equivalent cost and ease of use to that enjoyed by hearing people.
