Equality and Human Rights Commission Office of Communications (Ofcom)Ofcom is the regulator for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services. ofcom exists to further the interests of citizen-consumers as the communications industries enter the "digital age". Otelo will investigate customers' complaints about telecoms services fairly by listening to both sides of the story and look at the facts. The Service is free and independent.
