It is important that any product you buy will be suitable, ensuring you get the best possible use from it. To help with this BT has set up a chain of Try Before You Buy centres around the country which you can visit to see, handle and try out equipment in a non-sales environment.
 
Try Before You Buy centres are usually staffed by professionals or volunteers who have expertise in the disability the centre covers.  Wherever it is situated, in a High street shop, in a Disabled Living Centre or within the premises of organisations which concentrate on a particular impairment, you will be encouraged to visit and try out equipment to make sure you choose the most suitable product.
