Big Button 100: Mrs Benson keeps in touch with her friend

Mrs. Benson, 72, is partially sighted and while visiting Cardiff Institute for the Blind to take part in technology training told staff how useful she found her BT Big Button 100 telephone. The large, widely spaced buttons with numbers in a contrasting colour and the three separate one touch memory keys make it easy to use.

Her friend who is 95 and registered blind has the same telephone and they keep in touch with each other with a single press of a programmed memory button.
