Freestyle 710: Martin chooses a telephone for his Grandad

Martin tries out a telephone

Martin, aged 8, visited the BT stand at the Beyond Boundaries exhibition at the Kent showground in July. He tried out several of the products on display but picked out the new Freestyle 710 digital cordless telephone as his choice for his grand-dad.

Martin's grandad, Doug is 69 years old and had a heart attack when he was 61. He has diabetes which has had an affect on his sight. Martin thought that the big, well spaced buttons and clear display would be useful for him. His grand-dad who was also at the show agreed. He liked the fact that he would be able to take the cordless handset with him around his house and at £29.99 he liked the price too.
