Accord 20: Headset helps Mrs Stevenson run her business

Mrs Stevenson was in danger of losing her alternative therapy business which involved almost constant use of the telephone because, she said, the pain of holding the handset to her ear for long periods at a time made her shoulders seize up in agony.

Using a hands free telephone seemed the obvious solution but Mrs Stevenson stressed the need for confidentiality. On the advice of BT she tried a Converse 1200 with a headset and found that it 'made a huge difference when talking to clients'. Mrs Stevenson was 'over the moon' and reports "My back is almost better again since using the headset. The customer service was really good, you were so kind and understanding; I can't thank you enough."
