This section has been designed to support the information provided on the BT Mobile website. We have used our experience of working with older and disabled people to highlight features that you should look out for when choosing a mobile phone.

For example, if you are hard of hearing, using a mobile to send text messages (SMS) may be easier than making a phone call. If you have a visual impairment you could look out for a mobile which has a larger than average display. Some of the features listed in this section may be available in phones from BT Mobile as well as other mobile phone suppliers.
