Relay Assist

The Relay Assist service from BT TextDirect is for people who like to have  assistance to set up their calls. Calls using the Relay Assist service are charged at the standard 0870 rate.

The Text Rebate does not apply to calls made via Relay Assist.

Relay Assist access codes

• 0870 240 95 98 - if you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired and use a textphone, to be connected to a Relay Assist operator.

• 0870 240 51 52 - if you are calling from an ordinary voice phone call to be connected to a Relay Assist operator.
