E-Billing

Many of our customers are now choosing E-Billing, our on-line service which gives you 24 hour access to your BT Phone Bill. You can either choose from the environmentally friendly Paperless billing or Dual billing which means you can enjoy all the benefits of managing your bill on-line whilst still receiving your paper bill.

Some of the advantages of E-billing are:

• You can look at your itemised phone bill and check details of any calls made, up until 10.30PM the night before.

• You can decide to list your phone calls by name, phone number or the cost of the call

• You can pay your bill on-line

• You can change your Friends and Family numbers
