Calls in error

Unfortunately some mental health conditions such as Dementia as well as some types of brain damage or a learning disability, can result in people making unwanted calls by mistake. We have put together a list of services, which you may find helpful in these cases.

Call Barring

Lets you put a temporary stop on outgoing calls unless a PIN number is entered first. Calls to 999 can still be made.

If you have a relative who is making nuisance calls by mistake and you would like to discuss the situation further please ring us. Call 0800 800 150 and ask for Age and Disability [Text users ring 18001 0800 800 150].
