When you move past the site's Homepage, each page has the same layout to make it easier to find the site's navigation features

Left hand menu

The menu of links down the left side of the page, take you to the different parts of the site. This is a quick way to move around the different sections of our site.

• The top link takes you back to the homepage;

• The next set of links cover the Phone Services sections;

• Then there are the Technology sections

• Finally there are links to BT's Social Responsibility and Technology and Innovation websites

In this section box

To help you move around each section we have included an In this section menu on the right of the page.

When you first arrive at a section homepage, the sub-section links will appear in the "In this section box".

Once you have chosen a sub-section you will see a list of contents. The "In this section" box will then highlight the sub-section and content that you are viewing.

In the example here, the user is in "Billing and payment" (part of the Phone services section) with all the sections within it listed. Links to other sections in Phone services are also included such as Alternative Media and Directories.

Each page also contains links to our Sitemap (to help you find what is on our site) and the Contact BT page (that contains details of how to contact the relevant part of BT).
