BT's commitment to improving web accessibilityAt BT we constantly work to improve customer service and this includes the services provided through our websites. This website has been designed to high levels of accessibility and has been awarded the RNIB's 'See it Right' logo. We are also working to improve levels of accessibility on our bt.com website. BT's Disability Champion Sally Davis says
We are also working to improve levels of web accessibility for BT employees with disabilities. Over 400 BT people have successfully completed our web accessibility training those who publish, design or develop sites, services or online training courses for BT's Intranet. The RNIB have included our work in this area as an example of best practice.
