At BT we believe that people's lives can be improved by using technology. Through computers you can shop on-line, apply for jobs and keep in touch with your friends and families.

We also understand that for some people it can be difficult to do this. This might be because of worries about learning something new, the cost or because the technology doesn't take into account disability.
