Choosing the right broadband package

BT is one of many different companies selling broadband services, these companies are known as Internet Service Providers (ISP). You can find adverts for the different ISP's on TV, in newspapers and on the Internet. Some high street shops also sell broadband. Before you make your choice you should check what services each ISP offers.

ISPs often offer different packages that have different speeds and let you download different amounts of information each month. To help you decide which broadband package would be best for you we have put together some questions to help you think how you will use broadband and some suggestions of things to ask your ISP.

For home use

For business use
