Q. I have difficulty reading printed information can you send me information about BT broadband in alternative formats?

A. Yes we can. When you order BT Broadband please tell us if you have any special access requirements as we can send you your broadband set up information in Braille, large print or on audio. We have also re-designed our set up disk in consultation with visually impaired users to improve usability.

Q. I am disabled can you send an engineer to help me set up broadband?

A. Although we do not send out engineers to install BT broadband, you can sign up for BT Advanced Home Service (this is not available with BT Broadband Basic). For a monthly payment of £9.99 you receive access to a website and a free telephone helpline, where experts will answer in simple terms any technical questions you may have about broadband. Q. My disability means that is difficult to use a normal computer keyboard and mouse, where can I go to for advice?

Q. Do I need a BT line to get broadband?

A. You need a BT phone line or a line from another phone company to get ADSL Broadband.

Q. Can I keep my BT telephone number?

A. Yes, if you have a BT phone number you should be able to keep the same number when you change over to broadband.

Q. How much does broadband cost?
