BT and the travel company Kuoni sign global connectivity contractBT announced today it has signed a contract to provide global connectivity to the Kuoni Group, one of the world’s leading leisure travel organisations. BT will connect 51 locations such as sales offices and travel agents around the world.
The Kuoni Group has been steadily and systematically developing its position in the world travel market over the years and today boasts branch operations in more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America.
The networking service delivered to Kuoni runs on BT’s Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network, available in more than 170 countries. As one of the largest global Internet Protocol (IP-based) networks, it underpins mission critical applications for leading global enterprises from a variety of industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas and the pharmaceutical industry.
