The
OC replaced the Executive Committee in February 2002.
Of the six members of the OC, five are members of the
Board.
Pierre
Danon, Andy Green and Paul Reynolds were appointed to
the Board on 19 November 2001 and from that date their
directors salaries are reflected in the
directors' remuneration table.
No
options were granted under the BT Group Employee Sharesave
Scheme to OC members, other than directors, during the
2003 financial year (2002 5,650).
The
members of the OC beneficially own less than 1% of the
companys outstanding ordinary shares.
