Post balance sheet events |
In March 2005 the group agreed to acquire Radianz, the leading financial services extranet provider, from Reuters for consideration of £107 million for the business plus any cash remaining on the balance sheet, net of working capital adjustments, at completion date. Regulatory clearance was received in
April and the transaction completed on 29 April 2005.
