| 21CN: an end-to-end, next
generation IP network, designed to transform the customer experience
by delivering new, converged services rapidly and cost effectively. It
is one of the largest investments in the UKs communications infrastructure

wholesale Ethernet service and the first to be built on the 21CN platform.
