If you receive any unsolicited investment advice make sure you;
Record the name of the person, organisation, telephone number, address etc.
Check before you get involved that they are properly authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by calling 0845 606 1234
Inform Equiniti - BT's Registrars on 0808 100 4141 - they can’t investigate the incident but will liaise with the FSA and keep BT informed.
