Annual Report & Form 20-F 2009

The Annual Report and Form 20-F contains the detailed operating and financial review for the year, reports of the directors, audit committee and nominating committee, the report on directors' remuneration and the audited consolidated financial statements of BT Group plc. It is designed to meet the needs of investors and analysts. 

Summary financial statement & notice of meeting 2009

The Summary financial statement & notice of meeting is designed to meet the needs of private shareholders. It includes a statement by the Chairman. This year we are asking shareholders to approve new Articles of Association for BT Group plc at the AGM to take account of the Companies Act 2006.
