Belfry day a hit with customers

Simon Harding ready to play round of golf

Simon Harding spoke at event

The second Field Force Automation event organised by BT mobility solutions was held at the Belfry in Birmingham, England.

More than 40 customers attended the event, which was sponsored by BT’s partner Motorola.

FFA sales manager Ed Kennelly, who organised the event, said: “This was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the business benefits of implementing a field force solution."

The audience received presentations from Simon Harding, head of mobility solutions, who outlined BT's mobility strategy, and from FFA sales specialist Stuart Bracewell, who demonstrated the business benefits that Field Force solutions can deliver.

In the afternoon 32 customers joined BT and Motorola representatives to play a round of golf on the Belfry course.

Ed said: “We have some challenging targets to achieve for FFA in 2008-09. I am very keen that my team gets fully engaged with Motorola and other partners to deliver the numbers, and this enjoyable day was a great way to build further on our relationships.”
