New tool launched to help advisors

BT Business has launched business defence acquisition retention tool (BDART) - a one-stop shop providing up-to-date competitor information to help sales advisors.

Its launch follows the success of Consumer DART and will be used by BT Business sales teams as a retention and acquisition tool.

BT Business and BT Consumer worked in partnership to share learning and design, and implement BDART within tight deadlines.

BDART is designed to help advisors compare competitor offers, retrieve key facts and position the ‘Why BT Business?’ message.

BT Retail senior marketing manager Andrew Foyle said: "Consumer DART really showed us the way but through some intensive virtual team working we've been able to develop and implement a first version of Business DART into a live environment in just a few months. A fantastic achievement - of which BT Business and BT Design working together should be immensely proud."

The new web-based tool also enables advisors to view the latest press adverts for both BT Business and its key business competitors. Features such as a scrolling horizontal ticker enable you to see breaking news instantly and the latest competitor activity.

You can also select the competitors that you want to make comparisons with, so reducing the need to refer to various other websites.

For more information, go online or e-mail Andrew.
