Awards say ‘thank you’

‘Thank you for caring’ was the message to 28 Customer Service people who were presented with quarter one recognition awards.
All the winners were chosen by the CS senior management team from the many nominations made during the first quarter of the year. They included advisor Deepakkumar Nagendran, nominated by Rohaan Johar “for the passion and positive attitude he displays in taking on and resolving customer complaints, which transforms the customer’s experience of BT” - and Sarah Fenlon, who was nominated by Fionnuala Holloway “for her excellent team player and customer care skills and persistence in resolving customer queries, which have been recognised by numerous customers and colleagues”. Each of the winners received £150 credit into their BT Recognition Shop account. Their achievements can be seen on the Thank you for Caring website. The quarterly awards celebrate people who have made an outstanding contribution to the success of CS by demonstrating impressive behaviours and performance. - Anyone who would like to nominate a CS colleague for a recognition award can do so online. The deadline for quarter two nominations is 30 September.
