Line-up for NGA programme team

Openreach has announced the structure of its next generation access (NGA) programme team as it looks to deliver on its promise of a super-fast broadband service.
The team, which is responsible for putting Openreach in a key position to drive the transformation of the UK access network, will be led by NGA director David Campbell. David will be supported by four workstream leads - Kevin Black will manage product design, development and trials, Amy Chalfen is responsible for negotiations with Ofcom and stakeholders, Simon Harvey will lead all finance aspects for the programme and Anne Heal will oversee the development of NGA portfolio and product definition until a full-time director for this area is appointed. In addition, Adrian Binfield will oversee the people side of the programme, while Ian Dabson will lead for operations. Iain Morrison will be responsible for end-to-end service.
