Alistair revealed all on stage
|
BT analyst Alistair Thomas bared all recently when he stripped down to his birthday suit in a stage version of The Full Monty.
Alistair, who’s based in Edinburgh, took to the stage for a musical rendition of the popular film, which starred Robert Carlyle. He was cast as Harold - originally Gerald, played by Tom Wilkinson - and, as one of the main characters, forms part of the male striptease troupe. And, although Alistair has taken on countless starring roles as part of Edinburgh amateur music society The Smycms, he’d never before had to reveal so much of himself. He said before the show: “It’s an adult show but the final scene where we strip off is done really tastefully so no one can actually see anything - although it doesn’t leave much to the imagination.” The show was staged by Tempo Music Productions as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, which is the largest arts festival in the world.
