BT people attending the forum in New Delhi will bring the latest news to customers
BT Global Services is using micro-blogging social network Twitter to give customers the inside story from this year’s World Economic Forum in India this week.
BT is a strategic partner of the forum - an independent organisation committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
BT people attending the event are bringing the latest developments live from the forum as it happens.
BT Global Services search and social media manager Christopher Wellbelove said: “We are constantly looking at innovative ways to connect with our customers. Micro-blogging is a quick and easy way to strike a conversation whilst driving awareness of BT’s intimate involvement in tackling global issues."
