Sandeep visits UK operation

BT Wholesale’s India-based site director Sandeep Rawal recently visited the UK operation for a week.
During this trip, he spent time with the service quality team and with operational broadband teams at Colombo House in London. He also got the opportunity to attend broadband services director Angus Flett's all-managers event in Stone. To strengthen the relationship with customers and further build confidence in the service capabilities of the offshore operational teams, Sandeep also went for customer visits at Sky and Zen where he presented updates on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction plans. Both customers gave encouraging feedback about the service offered by the offshore teams. At the customer premises, Sandeep spent time listening to offshore calls from their end and taking feedback from the advisors and team managers. “This has been a successful trip, both in terms of building effective customer relationships and confidence; and in developing existing and new working relationships with UK colleagues,” he said.
