FAQ

Q:Is Benefits Plus doing anything to address the increasing problem of unsolicited e-mails?

A: Yes, in line with data protection guidelines, a tick box is provided so that competition entrants can give their consent to companies wishing to send them further information. People who request information may then be contacted, for the purposes stated on the coupon.

Registration with some suppliers' websites may result in promotional e-mails. Where we are aware this is the case, readers will be notified and, if possible, given information on how to opt out or unsubscribe.

Above all, we rely on your feedback. Please let us know if you receive excessive junk mail from any of our suppliers - we will ensure the problem is addressed.
