Help is at hand for the elderly

BT has teamed up with the Age Concern and Help the Aged charities in Northern Ireland to provide a freefone helpline for older people concerned about rising fuel costs and their health and wellbeing this winter.

More than 2,000 blind and partially sighted people in Northern Ireland are staying connected - thanks to a new initiative from BT and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
