Training and support 

Training & support

Training is as important to us as it is to you. Why? Because when you feel confident that you have all the knowledge you need about our products, services and systems, you’ll enjoy your role that much more and take the steps you need to succeed.

Depending on which area you decide to join us in, you’ll spend between three and five weeks in training. After that you’ll spend a few weeks in our ‘grad bay’ where your manager will give you any extra support or coaching you need. As you continue to learn and grow in your role, we’ll introduce you to a network of people you can rely on for advice. From floorwalkers who are on hand to help with any pressing queries to team managers who can show you how to hone your skills, you’ll be given all the support you need to thrive.

 

 

Progression

We’re a huge organisation with a family feel culture, which means that you’ll not only get plenty of opportunity to progress here, you’ll also get the support you need to get where you want to go. Joining us as a customer or sales advisor, you could progress into a different type of advisor role to give you variety and the opportunity to keep learning or take more complex calls and solve customer issues which need more in-depth knowledge and skill.

If management is your goal, you could take this route. Many of our senior leaders started their careers as advisors and worked their way up to where they are now – and they’re not the only ones. Across the business our advisors have moved into roles in PR, Internal Communications, Training and Channel Management; with the help of their colleagues they’ve mapped out exciting new career paths for themselves.
