For us direct contact centre experience isn’t essential – although most of our temporary staff have some previous sales and customer service experience from another industry.
Our sales advisors are great at listening to our customers and then making sure they get the right product or service. Most of them have spent time working in a face-to-face customer environment or to targets before joining us, and are now they’re sales superstars who go above and beyond to provide the highest standard of service.
Our customer advisors are great at building rapport, diffusing tense situations and solving problems. Whether they’ve gained their sales or customer service experience working in a contact centre – or an alternative environment such as a care home, bar role or retail store – they’ve all developed a knack for diplomacy that means they’re great at putting a smile back on our customers’ faces.
