You might be surprised by what we do at Fleet Solutions from BT, our specialist fleet management business. We look after Openreach vehicles, used to maintain the UK's communication network. We also manage vehicles for clients including the AA and National Grid and combined with Openreach's fleet that's over 120,000 vehicles. Joining a garage service team, you'll learn to maintain, service and repair cars and commercial vehicles.

Our Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship scheme is a four year training programme, fully funded and organised in partnership with Warwickshire College. Being part of Fleet Solution's apprenticeship scheme enables you to take advantage of continuous learning and development, as we make sure your skills are kept up-to-date with the automotive industry, all the while working towards a BTEC and NVQ level 3 in both Motor Vehicle Service and Repair.

Unlike other motor technician apprenticeships in the UK, our course provides comprehensive training to maintain, service and repair not just cars but also vans, trucks, plant and anything in-between. This training allows you to become multi-skilled in the garage services.

We invest heavily in our people, that's why we've won awards including the best apprenticeship scheme at the CIPD awards.

Entry requirements

You will need to have achieved or be predicted 4 GCSEs at grade 4 – 9 (C or above) including Maths, English Language and Science. In addition if you don't already have a driving licence you will be expected to gain a full licence within your first year as an apprentice.
