Our policy on human rights
We have one overarching policy on human rights that explains our approach across BT. The Board have approved the policy and review it every year.
We also talk about human rights in the BT Way - our ethics code. This sets the standards we expect of our people and anyone who works on our behalf.
What our policy covers
It gives details on how we could affect the rights of our customers, suppliers, people and the communities in which we operate. It covers how we oversee our activities and manage human rights risks. And because we’re a global company, it explains how we deal with different countries’ approaches to human rights.
