The HUB has a range of equipment on display where individuals can try before they buy, to help them to stay independent and improve their quality of life. Individuals will receive one to one support from advisors who will explain how the equipment works, how it may help them and where they can buy from. HUB advisors can also support individuals in coping with their hearing loss, support family members, offer advice on how to get the best use from their hearing aids and how to look after them. Individuals can rest assured they will receive a warm welcome. The HUB is run by advisors who are deaf themselves and understand what it is like to be deaf. Our Motto is "Enter as a Stranger, Leave as a Friend!"

Visit the HUB to find out more information about DEAFvibe activities and other services available.

If individuals require an assessment of need under the Care Act 2014, details can be taken and an appointment arranged for them to have a full assessment via Social Care & Health.

We will also refer individuals to Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service for Home Fire Risk Assessments.
