For charities

Make every penny count

Every month more and more charities sign up with MyDonate.

With MyDonate your charity gets more of your donation – as well as the full 25 per cent Gift Aid – with no fees beyond those charged by a donor’s debit or credit card company. You’ll get up to 63p more for every £10 given through MyDonate when compared with other online fundraising services.

How? Because MyDonate is a zero commission, not-for profit service; part of BT’s commitment to raise £1 billion for good causes by 2020.

Who can register?

We welcome all UK charities registered with the Charity Commission for England & Wales, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) and the Northern Ireland Charity Commission.

Community Amateur Sports Clubs need to have charity status with HMRC. This also applies to other charities in the UK who are exempt from formal registration with the Charity Commission or OSCR.

It's easy to sign up

  1. Complete the online form
  2. Send us your documents (paper registration form, an original bank statement or certified letter dated within the last three months, and, if applicable, form ChV1 from HMRC so we can collect Gift Aid for you).
  3. Publish your profile on the website once we've accepted your registration.
