Regular recurring payments

  • The card holder is required to provide a valid e-mail address and registered card details.
  • Recurring payments may not be supported by all card issuers and MyDonate cannot therefore guarantee this payment option for all cards.
  • The card holder is required to ensure that all registered card details are updated and remain valid at all times. Failure to do so may result in the payment option being suspended and/or withdrawn.
  • By setting up a regular recurring donation, you authorise MyDonate to collect regular payments from your registered card until you or MyDonate cancel any such agreement.
  • MyDonate reserves the right to represent any failed or rejected payment at its discretion without notification to the customer.
  • MyDonate will collect any payments on or shortly after the agreed date taking into account UK bank and public holidays.
  • The card holder agrees that changes to the amount or payment date must be made at least 3 working days prior to the next scheduled payment date. Changes made after this time may not take effect until the following scheduled payment date.
  • MyDonate will confirm any changes made to the amount or payment date to the e-mail address registered against the card.
  • MyDonate reserves the right to cancel any Regular Recurring Authority with immediate effect for any reason, for example, your failure to make payments as agreed or your failure to accept amendments when requested.
  • You are required to provide a valid e-mail address and registered card details, which must be continuously maintained. Failure to do so may result in the payment option being suspended or withdrawn.
  • MyDonate reserves the right to withdraw the Regular Recurring Authority payment option at any time.
