We hope that you find this website easy to use as MyDonate’s aim is to make charitable giving and fundraising something that everyone can take part in.

If you have any problems viewing, reading, or navigating our site in its default appearance please visit the My Computer My Way website, which provides advice on using existing features of your computer to make changes such as enlarge text, change colours or make your computer read content out to you.

If you have any further problems, or feedback related to being able to use our website, please feel free to contact us and let us know as we are always trying to improve our website for all.

This website has been designed to meet and exceed the WCAG v2.0 level AA accessibility guidelines issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) working in conjunction with AbilityNet, one of our partner charities.

Current known issues

  • At the moment some of the PDFs on our site are still being improved for better accessibility.
  • The consistency of our 'Skip links' functionality is still being improved on certain pages for certain browsers.
  • Keyboard only Opera browser users are recommended to manually enter their full address by checking the 'or enter address manually' checkbox on any pages where a postal address is requested, rather than use the 'Find UK Address' postcode search button (See example screenshot).
